Second bike purchased here. Visited many times for events. Always run into friendly staff. Emi in sales was very cautious with making sure the right bike was being considered. I was pretty indecisive on which way to go, but she kept clarifying what I wanted and made sure it was really the bikes I was looking at. Cora in motor clothes is always helpful. Ryan in service has answered many questions I have had. From repairs on my old bike to questions with the new one. DMC in parts was very helpful with picking out the new stuff I needed to get the new bike just how I want. Every staff member I talked with, whether selling me something or just having a conversation, has made the whole experience at Bull Falls a pleasure. Definitely worth every trip here.
