From the moment we walked, we were greeted at the door and were directed to a salesman to personally help us. Matt listened to what i wanted and helped us find the bike that suited our needs. He was very patient and helpful. Everyone else was as well. From the financing department to parts service and apparel . Would definitely recommend. Ultimately i got the bike i wanted and am very happy with it
