I broke down on Friday July 1 at 4:30 pm, called the service dept and and roadside assistance was sent to pick up the bike. After the parts were ordered I had a couple conversations with the service dept they went above and beyond and got me back on the road. I missed a couple weeks of riding but didnt have to cancel any of my plans. Thanks again Marcus and Pookie you made the best of a unfortunate situation.
