Encountered Dylan in parts for the first time today. I had a number of totally unrelated questions. We talked cell phone holders, we talked bike rain/seat covers and more. With each iteration he patiently answered my questions, took me over to the products and even walked out with me while I checked out if one of the covers worked on my bike. I ended up buying a rain cover for the whole bike vs. just the seat. Dylan did a good job of explaining the benefits of one vs. the other. I'll be back in a matter of days for the cell phone holder (it was not in stock at that moment, but coming in later this date).
