My Nightster broke down when merging onto the freeway in Weston, and I was thinking it would be a major issue. I called Bull Falls just to see if they could take a look at my bike within the next week/two, originally planning to get roadside assistance through my Progressive Insurance. The service member I spoke with instead personally came to where I broke down with a tow and brought my bike to Bull Falls, no charge. It turned out the issue was minor, and upon picking it up, the service department noticed another issue. They fixed that issue within about 5 minutes, again no charge, and I was still on my way that day. Thanks so much guys!!
