Horrible Service, Lying Sale Associates
Got a couple thousand dollars of work done to my husband Bike a little over a year ago, and its been acting up lately, so we take to a few mechanics to check it out, come to find that half of the work they said was done WASNT EVEN TOUCHED, including NEW adjustable push rods(as they claimed) and piss poor CAM installation!!! THOUSANDS of dollars of work they LIED ABOUT! Now has to be fixed! FUCK BULL FALLS. My lawyer will be in contact for misrepresenting on of service and stealing of funds!!! Ill be seeing a check from you shortly

The owner of Bull Falls Harley-Davidson reached out to your husband in reference to this situation last week. Your husband was aware that this situation occurred before we took over the dealership. The work actually occurred in fall of 2018 and then the motorcycle wasn't picked up until May. We took over the dealership in May and we spoke with your husband at that time. He was very aware that the previous owners were responsible for the situation however, we did give him options for us to help him out. Unfortunately he had already gotten the motorcycle fixed elsewhere so there was nothing we could do. Now, a year later, you are leaving another response. Your husband was unaware that you were leaving more reviews almost a year after he had gotten resolution from us. We had hoped you would be good on your word and remove a review that had nothing to do with our business and that we have gone above and beyond to help you resolve. Hopefully you find the resolution you are looking for with the previous owners.
