The new staff and owners at Bull Falls H-D are great people. I recently worked with Zac purchasing a 2012 Ultra Limited. I found Zac to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We spent some time sharing motorcycle war stories (weve both had 4 deer collisions) and bragged about bikes weve owned and roads weve ridden. What impressed me was that he didnt pretend to know everything and was quick to admit when hed learned something new. Great guy to work with. I also met the new owner, Eric, who worked to match a deal I found at another dealership. Eric made it possible for me to purchase a better bike at a better price and I was able to spend the money in my own community. The only downside to the deal is that I missed the 350 mile ride to swap bikes. And, Jose, is still there doing what he does. Ive known him for years and consider him a friend. He was busy but took time to introduce me to Zac and get things rolling. All in all, it was a great experience buying a bike.
