My only complaint comes from a bad experience at the service desk. My husband was on his way to drop off his bike. I was waiting for him at service area. I let them know he was on his way but got slightly delayed but would get there right around closing time. I then went outside the door to sit on bench. A few minutes later my husband pulled up but doors were locked. We went around building because we heard bikes firing up. The same young service dude I had been speaking to and all others were out side getting ready to leave. We were not spoken to nicely when we asked if they could please let us drop his bike for service. We did finally get him to allow us that opportunity. We havent been back since .
